e+Design is the personalized Interior Design Service offered virtually (online), which is cost effective and time saving.

The package includes a moodboard with initial ideas, Finishes board with materials, furniture and color suggestions, Finished design including the room design proposal and the shopping list necessary to purchase the products.

The package will be delivered via email, in A3 pdf format.

The online design packages are based on itemized areas and limited sq.m. If you wish to expand scope of design areas, feel free to contact us, and we shall prepare our best quote based on your needs.

Moodboards serve as the key part of the creative process; It is the creative tool, a collage of images that convey the look and feel of your space and inspire a style concept. The concept design proposal will depict your actual space, furnished with the furniture items and materials selected following the moodboard approval stage.

Our aim is to deliver aestheticlly pleasing and functional designs that you are satisfied with. If you feel that only a few changes would make your design perfect, let us know! We will be happy to implement one round of changes in a revised design. Besides, we will be there to assist you online, along the process, responding to your queries and providing you feedback.

Upon giving us your feedback for your project (measurements, room photos, favorite style images, aproximate budget), we will send you via email the Moodboard within 2-3 days. As soon as we have your comments and approval, we will send you via email the finishes board and the concept board within 5 days. The Design proposal along with the shopping list and list of recommended contrtactors with their competitive prices will follow after 2-3 days. Aprox. 10 days in total.

To bring your design to life SoD+A will provide 3 competitive prices from fit-out contractors (in the area of Attika) for you to choose the best option and proceed with a partner. Your contractor will be responsible for delivering the project in a high quality.

We recommend that SoD+A supervise the project delivery, as we can make sure that the design vision is met at its best. We will be there to ensure that the design is followed as agreed with the client, by overviewing the procurement of materials, finishes and furniture and following installation details as per the design. We will be there to assist the contractor to resolve any design issues that come up relating to setting out, coordination of details, inspect the installation quality.

The cost for supervising your project is priced 10%of the construction value. (Your contractor will show the price breakdown so you have all the costs on one page, however you should pay SoD+A directly for this service.)

Kitchens are part of our online design services, however since they are of different complexity, quotation can be provided upon receipt of the plan, area sq.m and project specifics.

Rest assured that your payment is secure with us. You can pay manually, via bank transfer either the total amount in one time payment at the start of the project or in 2 deposits, first -of 60%- at the start of the project and the rest 40% of the project cost prior to the submission of the moodboard and materials/finishes selection.
